How to use: 

This is a printable block of time for meditation, prayer, and art to guide your thoughts toward the light.

1. Print it - at home, school, work, or anywhere you have permission to print.
2. Speak it. Close your eyes. What colors and emotions come to your mind?
3. Color it - use colored pencils, paint, etc.
4. Frame it for future use
5. Return and pray again as often as you need - or save it as a gift for someone special.
